The ESG (hereinafter referred to as “this Report”) is the second ESG report published by Xiamen Faratronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Faratronic,” “we,” or “the Company”). This Report aims to objectively and accurately describe the Company’s strategies, policies, measures, and achievements in sustainability for the year 2025, with a focus on disclosing relevant information regarding the Company’s environmental, social, and governance (hereinafter referred to as “ESG”) performance.

• Basis for Preparation

Regulatory Guidance for Listed Companies No. 14—Sustainability Reporting (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Exchange Guidance”) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, while also incorporating the “Shanghai Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 4—Preparation of Sustainability Reports,” the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) industry standards, and the China Association of Listed Companies’ “Guidelines for Sustainability Reporting by Listed Companies.”

• Report Period

This report is an annual report covering the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “report period”). To enhance the comparability and forward-looking nature of the report, certain sections extend appropriately into the preceding and following years.

• Scope Of The Report

This report discloses information regarding the fulfillment of environmental, social, and corporate governance responsibilities by Xiamen Faratronic Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries. The relevant case studies are drawn from the company and its subsidiaries.

• Data Sources

The data sources used in this report include raw data from the company’s actual operations, publicly available data from government agencies, annual financial data, internal statistical reports, third-party surveys, and third-party evaluation interviews. The financial data in this report is denominated in CNY. In the event of any discrepancies with financial reports, the financial reports shall prevail.

• Data Assurance

This report was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on March 26, 2026, and is being released concurrently with the annual report. The Company’s Board of Directors certifies that this report contains no false information, misleading statements, or material omissions, and assumes responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of its contents.
